Google Glass has never been the most stylish piece of technology. Particularly because Google Glass lacked something we consider pretty necessary in glasses: frames. Three weeks ago, Google announced that Diane von Furstenberg would design frames for the notoriously ugly glasses. Today, with the release of DVF for Glass, we get our first view of thenew technology’s fashion potential.
Unfortunately, Glass will continue to be an option only for those with a penny or two to spare — you’ll have to shell out $1,800 for Google Glass with frames.
